I just found this thing on my bed, it scared me a bit, what is it?

Imagine this: you walk into your bedroom, ready to relax, when you suddenly stumble upon strange, reddish-brown objects on the bed. You pick them up: small, capsule-shaped, shiny, and unfamiliar. An immediate sense of unease grips you. Are they insect eggs? Strange seeds? Medication? Or something more serious?

1. Softgels (supplements or medications) These softgels
resemble popular softgels like fish oil, vitamin E, or krill oil supplements in shape and color. They easily detach and can fall into the litter box unnoticed. If you or someone you know takes supplements, check to see if they are similar.

2. Seeds
: Less likely, but some seeds, such as pomegranate or date seeds, may have a smooth, dark appearance. However, seeds typically have a more fibrous or opaque texture, as opposed to the shiny, gelatinous surface seen here.

3. Molting or insect droppings?

It’s a common fear: we think it’s something insect-related. Fortunately, these objects don’t resemble insect eggs, larvae, or excrement. Most insect eggs are white or translucent and irregularly shaped. In this case, the objects are too uniform and shiny to be insect organic matter.
