A bit like lighting a candle before meditating… in a minimalist version.
How to practice Gyan Mudra correctly

Good news: you don’t need to be a yoga expert.
- Make yourself comfortable, either cross-legged on a rug or sitting on a chair, with your back straight.
- Place your hands on your knees, palms facing upwards.
- Gently join your thumb and forefinger.
- Relax your shoulders, close your eyes if you wish, and breathe slowly.
Ideally, practice for 10 to 15 minutes, either in the morning upon waking or in the evening before bed. However, even five minutes can be enough to experience a calming effect.
The most important thing? Gentleness. No effort, no tension: the movement must remain natural and comfortable.
