4. Baking:

  • Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 35–40 minutes, until the top is golden and crispy (as in the second photo).

5. Submission:

  • Cool for 15–20 minutes.
  • Sprinkle generously with powdered sugar and, optionally, a little cinnamon.

    – Fish seasoning – 0.5 teaspoon.
    – Bay leaf – 1-2 pcs.
    – Peppercorns – 7-10 pcs.
    – Salt-1 teaspoon (or to taste)
    ✅For frying: – Flour-2 tablespoons (for breading)
    – Vegetable oil – 3 tablespoons. l.
    – Butter-20 g – optional)
    ✅Optional (optional):
    – Garlic-2 cloves (for spiciness)
