Gentle Kidney Support Bedtime Drink

This warm herbal infusion may support hydration, mild detoxification pathways, and urinary comfort.

Ingredients

1 cup warm water (not boiling)

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)

½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley)

Optional: pinch of turmeric + black pepper

Instructions

Bring water to a gentle boil and remove from heat.

Add parsley and ginger.

Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes.

Strain into a mug.

Stir in lemon juice and honey.

Drink warm about 1 hour before bed.
