Lemon is an effective whitening agent for removing stubborn stains. As for the essential oil, it perfumes your soil. If you opt for tea tree essential oil, it will, in addition to scenting your home, help you overcome mold thanks to its antifungal action.
Note that white vinegar is a product that is suitable for cleaning all types of floor, whether tile, parquet or linoleum.
How to use white vinegar to clean all floors?
-
Linoleum floor
Linoleum is a flexible and ecological floor covering , composed of natural products such as linseed oil, cork, or even wood flour.
Cleaning a lino floor is easy. On a daily basis, you can simply use soapy water, opting for example for Marseille soap. But for deep cleaning, it is recommended to use white vinegar.
To do this, pour 500 ml of white vinegar into a floor of hot water, soak a mop in this mixture and clean your floor.

The parquet floor
In a bucket, mix 250 ml of vinegar with 4 liters of hot water. Dip the mop in the bucket and wring it out so that it is damp, not wet. Mop the floor, paying particular attention to the stains. After finishing cleaning the parquet, dry it well with a microfiber cloth. This trick is suitable for cleaning all types of parquet: laminate, raw or oiled.
Note that white vinegar should not be used pure on parquet. It must always be diluted with water so as not to damage your floor. Also, don’t let your white vinegar solution sit on the wood for long. After cleaning the parquet, dry it quickly.
Avoid cleaning the parquet with hard brushes, as they can scratch your parquet. Use soft microfiber cloths instead .
