Preparation:First, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Then, combine the remaining ingredients and the egg yolks in a bowl, mix, and finally fold in the beaten egg whites.
Pour the curd mixture into a greased and breadcrumb-dusted baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 60 to 70 minutes, without opening the oven door. Let the cake cool in the oven and remove it only when it has cooled completely. Enjoy!
