“You people need to come to the mortuary and take the bòdy away… that’s the reason I came here this night.”
Immediately the mortuary attendant said that, Sonia cackled dramatically, which made everyone stare at her in wonder.
“Mr. Adeyemi,” he began, her hands akimbo “my husband’s body is going nowhere… It will be there till we arrange for his burial, you hear me?” She fired.
“But ma’am…” Before Mr Adeyemi could respond, she cut in and asked him to keep shut.
“Sonia…!” Mrs Judith called in shock. She had never known her daughter in-law to behave that way ever since her late son married her into the family.
